Is it just me, or do people do not know how to read these days?
My webpage, one of my 1st websites that I wrote over 11 years ago is still standing.
http://listen.to/ummnurah or http://www.angelfire.com/me/ummnurah
and
http://welcome.to/prophets or http://www.angelfire.com/on/ummiby1
The first two are the same ones, the first one is easier to memorize and say and the 2nd is the longer version of it.
The first two came out in 1998 or so as I was working on it back then. It was shortly after my son Ibrahim was born. He's now 11, no longer little one anymore.
My 2nd one of prophets are "Stories of the Prophets" by Ibn Kathir. I remember having that book when I lived in Cairo, and learning from them back then, that book was published in 1996 yet it was not available in the U.S. or Canada, yet if I wanted for the good purpose of spreading the knowledge of this enlighting book I could post all the information as it could encourage people to purchase their own books.
Now I'm told it's available in many different languages, and it is now available in the U.S. and in Canada, and it has been over 13 years since the book came out so I guess it's good progress.
I just have to say though, please.....
I'm a sister.
I'm a woman, a mother, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a cousin, a friend, a sister in islam, and please when you send me an email, or sign my guestbook please do not address it as "Dear brother" Or "you're such a great guy brother."
That's why it says Mother of Light, mothers are usually females, women as far as I know and remember so please...address it as that.
JazakuAllahkhairun.
